Tidilan Tablets/Tidilan Retard/Tidilan Injection

COMPOSITION:

Each uncoated Tidilan 10 mg / 20 mg tablet contains:

Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride IP-

10 mg / 20mg

Tidilan Inj - Each ml contains:

Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride IP-

5mg

Each uncoated Tidilan Retard tablet contains:

Isoxsuprine Hydrochloride IP-

40 mg

(In sustained release form)

INDICATIONS:

DOSAGE:

10 mg or 20 mg tid (dosage titration depending on the response).

Tidilan Retard:

Two tablets per day in divided doses, to be swallowed whole.

Tidilan Inj: IM:

10 mg to 20 mg tid (starting with 5 mg and gradually increasing).
IV: 0.3 mg per minute in 5% dextrose.
