Job Description : * Monitor manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements to ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Verify sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Ensure the line clearance in Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor. * Ensure the selection of sterilizer, flow rates, holding time and holding temperature in the process section as per the requirements. * Perform online Package Integrity check at defined intervals and maintain the records as per SOP * Participate in validation activities if any new product trials conduct. * Maintain effective communication with IPQA & production personnel regarding status of batch preparations as per plan. * During rework monitor the changeovers of products/packaging materials and perform line clearance to ensure no any kind of mix ups. * Responsible for ensuring MRP, date code & batch code details on primary and secondary packaging materials as per the products before start up of production and monitor the same in defined intervals. * Follow and monitor the Gowning practices stringently inside the GMP area. * If responsible for daily QC water analysis of raw water and process water, perform the test as per defined SOP and maintain the records as per GDP. * Perform scheduled calibrations of lab equipment and maintain the supporting documentation. * Maintain transparent/effective communication with the team and implement 5S system in working lab.
