Job Description : * Overall Monitoring & ensuring AFM operation by operators/shift engineers done effectively by following Quality/quantity/safe/hygiene standards without any deviation. * Ensure product produced are meeting quality standards always, without spoilage. * Monitor shift operators/engineers are fulfilling their duty as expected as per the standards procedure. * Ensure breakdowns of batching, process, filling & DE section are handled by shift engineers effectively and also extent support to the team during major breakdowns. * Plan & execute the preventive maintenance for Batching, process, filling & DE section internally & by external resources. * Continuously monitor machine operation/machine condition/packs produced are meeting expectations. * Involve self on new projects and improvements in existing process for betterment towards Capacity/Quality/safety/GMP/GHK. * Coordinate with counter functional departments to full fill the assigned responsibility time to time. * Predict issues which can occur in future and raise alarm to management/suggest for action to be taken to resolve the same. * Overall responsible for all production machine breakdowns and lead the team at all circumstances. * Ensure all documentations works are performed by team in time & effective. * Ensure the production output requirements are met and all wastages are within the limits in AFM area. * Extent technical support to PWS, on technical issues.

Job Description : * Monitor manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements to ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Verify sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Ensure the line clearance in Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor. * Ensure the selection of sterilizer, flow rates, holding time and holding temperature in the process section as per the requirements. * Perform online Package Integrity check at defined intervals and maintain the records as per SOP * Participate in validation activities if any new product trials conduct. * Maintain effective communication with IPQA & production personnel regarding status of batch preparations as per plan. * During rework monitor the changeovers of products/packaging materials and perform line clearance to ensure no any kind of mix ups. * Responsible for ensuring MRP, date code & batch code details on primary and secondary packaging materials as per the products before start up of production and monitor the same in defined intervals. * Follow and monitor the Gowning practices stringently inside the GMP area. * If responsible for daily QC water analysis of raw water and process water, perform the test as per defined SOP and maintain the records as per GDP. * Perform scheduled calibrations of lab equipment and maintain the supporting documentation. * Maintain transparent/effective communication with the team and implement 5S system in working lab.

Job Description : * QA verification for receipt of raw and packaging materials from warehouse/stores to production. * Ensure the line clearance in Blending, Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor. * Ensure manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Ensure sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Ensure the dispensing of raw materials and other ingredients as per BMR. * Raw data of all results to be maintained well and maintain all records effectively as per defined Good Documentation Practices. * Perform scheduled calibrations of lab equipment, and maintained the supporting documentation. * Preparation of chemicals, standard solutions for analytical testing. * Monitoring, finalizing and recording the batch standardization activities as per BMR. * Ensure the proper functioning of the process quality function. * Make timely decisions on process quality issues and provide direction to production operators/Technicians. * Support and ensure microbiological sampling/monitoring of processing equipment is conducted. * Follow and ensure the Gowning practices are maintained inside the GMP area.
