Job Description : *Monitoring equipment such as pressure gauges and temperature gauges to ensure safety standards are met. * Operate auxiliary equipment such as pumps or fans to ensure that the boiler or furnace runs smoothly. * Performing routine maintenance on boilers, including regular inspections and cleaning out ash deposits. * Recording operational data such as steam pressure and feedstock levels. * Operating and maintaining steam boilers used to generate electricity or provide heat for buildings or industrial processes. * Maintaining records of boiler usage and performance to ensure safe operation of equipment. * Monitoring environmental conditions in a building to ensure that it is well ventilated. * Operating control systems such as pressure valves and flow meters to regulate boiler output. * Regularly inspecting equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and making repairs to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Job Description : * Monitor manufacturing equipment and product transfer equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements to ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. *Verify sterilizer equipment and filling equipment Cleaning and Sanitation requirements and ensure conformance to quality and sanitation standards. * Ensure the line clearance in Process, filling areas and Secondary packaging areas as per defined company guidelines at shop floor. *Support and ensure microbiological sampling/monitoring of sterilizer and filling equipment is conducted. *Ensure the selection of sterilizer, flow rates, holding time and holding temperature in the process section as per the requirements. *Perform online In process FG analysis at defined intervals and prepare chemicals, standard solutions for analytical testing. * Perform online Package Integrity check at defined intervals and maintain the records as per SOP. Provide the feedback to the production engineer/ designee and QC team leader /designee if any deviations. * Monitor the defined OPRP and CCPs at regular intervals and provide the feedbacks to production engineer/technician and QC team leader /designee if any Non-conformances. *Monitor highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination and timely informing to production if any gaps. *Participate in validation activities if any new product trials conduct. * Maintain effective communication with IPQA & production personnel regarding status of batch preparations as per plan. *Monitor no mix up of Packaging materials (laminate, trays, and labels) in primary and secondary packaging areas and timely informing to production personnel.
Job Description : *Ensure preventive maintenance of HVAC System, Split AC, Cassete AC as per the PM schedule. * Documentation of maintenance activities. * Attend Breakdown maintenance related to HVAC and Utility system. * Ensure operation of BMS system. * Maintain spares required for HVAC system & Utility equipment. * Ensure the Cleaning of water tanks, Cleaning dust exactor bags, Blowers, Painting and plumbing works. * Supervise clean room validation. * Ensure Temp, Humidity & Differential pressure of the cubicle as per the specified limit. * To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by Head Dept. time to time. * Ensure cleaning of filters as per the filter cleaning schedule. * In the absence of Technician, other technician shall discharge his duties. * Co-ordinate with external water supplier & arrange water as per the production requirement. * To follow standard operating procedure for all maintenance work and to follow checklist for all preventive maintenance work to be carried out.
Job Description : * To Carry out Complete Maintenance of All instruments – HPLC, pH meter, Weighing Balances etc. * Method Development for Non Pharmacopoeial & Pharmacopoeial for Raw Materials, Formulations of Pharma, Ayurvedic & Food Products. * Carrying out the Analysis regularly for Raw Materials / Finish Products/ Intermediate of JP, JSRF, JIPL & Outsource Products. * Carrying out the Analysis of Stability Samples of JP products, JSRF Products, Outsource Products.* Maintain spares required for HVAC system & Utility equipment. * Carrying out Validation, Calibration, for the Instruments. * Addressing the Complaint & Trouble Shooting problems regarding the Analysis of the Product. * Preparing the Standard Operating and calibrating procedures for all the equipment used in Instrument Lab and maintaining calibration records * Maintaining the cleanliness of the lab in coordination with Housekeeping department * To maintain control samples of the batches received & Maintain the record for the same. * To undertake any other jobs that are assigned. * To coordinate with Quality control department, through GM – R&D for timely analysis and maintaining the reports. * Any Samples from any Department and Reports to be issued to other departments, it should go through GM – R&D * Respect and follow the Company Policies and Rules. * Taking up Cost reduction projects related to Analysis. * Preparation of SOP’s & other Related Documents.
Job Description : *Overall Monitoring & ensuring AFM operation by operators/shift engineers done effectively by following Quality/quantity/safe/hygiene standards without any deviation. *Ensure product produced are meeting quality standards always, without spoilage. *Ensure breakdowns of batching, process, filling & DE section are handled by shift engineers effectively and also extent support to the team during major breakdowns. *Plan & execute the preventive maintenance for Batching, process, filling & DE section internally & by external resources. *Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, all kind of maintenance activities in Production area. *Involve self on new projects and improvements in existing process for betterment towards Capacity/Quality/safety/GMP/GHK. *Predict issues which can occur in future and raise alarm to management/suggest for action to be taken to resolve the same *Overall responsible for all production machine breakdowns and lead the team at all circumstances. *Ensure all documentations works are performed by team in time & effective. *Ensure the production output requirements are met and all wastages are within the limits in AFM area.
