Dosage of Cymbi Drops Infants (Below 6 months): 5 to 10 drops, 4 times daily 15 minutes before feed Infants (6 to 12 months): 10 to 20 drops, 4 times daily 15 minutes before feed Children (over 1 year): 20 to 25 drops, 4 times daily 15 minutes before meal OR as directed by the Physician.
